Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or business intelligence experience in analytics, operations, technology, logistics, eCommerce, or related environment
• Experience using AI tools to automate analytical workflows or recurring reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field
• Strong communication and business judgment, with evidence of helping technical and non-technical stakeholders act on data

Responsibilities

• Own analyses of customer behavior, commercial performance, market dynamics, and Platform 2 growth opportunities
• Define KPI frameworks and metric definitions for Marketing, Commercial, and Growth teams
• Build and maintain business-facing dashboards and self-service reporting for stakeholders
• Translate analysis into recommendations that inform campaign investment and growth initiatives
