Job summary

The Habit Burger Grill in Irvine, CA is seeking a Customer & Digital Analytics Lead to define how we understand, measure, and grow our customer base. You will own customer insight and digital performance, partnering across Marketing, Digital, and Technology to deliver scalable, insight-driven growth.

You will translate insights into concrete recommendations, shape marketing strategy, and build dashboards with standardized KPIs to support fast, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of analytics experience in customer, digital, or marketing analytics.
• Experience in consumer-facing environments (QSR, retail, eCommerce, or app-based businesses).
• Strong SQL, DOMO, and digital analytics proficiency.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams.
• Strong communication to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Define customer understanding including segmentation, lifecycle behavior, and growth drivers.
• Own measurement strategy across digital, CRM, and marketing channels.
• Build dashboards and standardize KPIs for faster data-driven decisions.
• Bridge Marketing, Digital, and Technology teams; ensure data quality and governance.
