Job summary

Jerry.ai is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets, including car and home. The Business Operations & Analytics team supports multiple units—growth, product, AI & automation, strategic partnerships—owning the analytical function end-to-end within a core business area.

You’ll work on defining problems, building reports, and driving data-driven decisions that move key metrics and impact growth toward ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand the business question and the decision it informs.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface data insights.
• Drive outcomes: present recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations and drive next steps.
