Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking an Insights Analyst for a 6-month contract in Troy, MI. The role focuses on quantitative analysis across the marketing stack, delivering fast, accurate insights and dashboards for stakeholders.

You will work with SQL, Python, and Tableau to turn data into compelling stories and recommendations. You will partner with the Growth Marketing team, handle high-volume requests, and contribute to scalable analytics practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
• 2+ years in data/analytics; marketing analytics a plus.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Strong Python for data analysis.
• Hands-on Tableau dashboard experience for stakeholders.
• Experience with GitHub for version control.
• Familiarity with marketing metrics, funnels, and audience segmentation.
• Experience with A/B testing or Optimizely a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance analytics workflows a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field and execute ad-hoc marketing analytics requests across paid, social, brand, and campaigns.
• Synthesize findings to surface patterns and actionable recommendations.
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Write and optimize SQL queries across multiple data sources.
• Use Python to automate analyses and handle large datasets.
• Establish scalable code practices using GitHub and collaboration tools.
• Translate findings clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing team to deliver insights.
