ForceBrands is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven food brand. You will partner with senior leadership and the sales team to turn POS, customer, and market data into actionable insights and compelling retailer presentations that drive growth.

The role involves building dashboards, supporting forecasting and budgeting, and collaborating with brokers and cross-functional teams in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in sales, commercial, category, or customer analytics.
• Experience analyzing POS or syndicated data; SPINS experience is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to tell a clear data story.
• Experience supporting retailer presentations, line reviews, or sales teams is valuable.

Responsabilités

• Analyze POS, wholesale, promotional, CRM, and market data across sales channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, trends, and opportunities.
• Translate data into clear, compelling sales narratives and presentations for retailer line reviews.
• Monitor account performance and provide actionable recommendations to the commercial team.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
• Partner with sales leadership, brokers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support new retailer/distributor onboarding and promotional execution.
