Bank of America is seeking an Advisory Growth Specialist to own your territory and drive growth in investment advisory assets. You will partner with Financial Advisors and Market Executives, identify growth opportunities, and create action plans to drive results.

You will coach advisors on positioning advisory relationships, explain investment insights, and work directly with clients to grow assets while building repeatable growth strategies for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of financial services experience with Financial Advisors or investment management.
• Experience supporting, distributing, or selling investment products or advisory solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage and persuade clients.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory.
• Series 7 and 63/65 or 66, or ability to obtain within 120 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Market Executives and Financial Advisors to drive advisory growth and conversions.
• Lead opportunity reviews, pipeline discussions, and accountability for results.
• Coach advisors on business development and portfolio positioning per guidance from CIO.
• Attend client and prospect meetings to articulate value of advisory relationships and close deals.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and client events by showcasing capabilities.
• Track results using data to sharpen time allocation and priorities.
