Job summary

Renaissance Financial Corporation in Salt Lake City seeks a marketing development professional to support Silver Advisor initiatives, craft marketing plans, and track progress with accountability. You will work closely with VP of Advisor Development and leadership to drive advisor growth and community engagement.

The role requires 1-3 years experience in professional development or coaching, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience supporting professional or business development, coaching or mentorship, or community liaison.
• Ability to develop marketing plans and track progress with accountability.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Advisor Development in Salt Lake City to support Silver Advisor marketing strategies, plans, benchmarks, and progress updates.
• Lead the Advisor Marketing Program with Salt Lake City Silver Advisors and create a plan to achieve business goals.
• Track Silver Advisor progress with activity and firm goals.
• Develop relationships with leadership and senior Advisors to support new Advisor growth.
• Establish team atmosphere through leadership and member development.
• Serve as an RFC ambassador in the Salt Lake City community to build professional relationships.
