Job summary

Kyo-Autism-Therapy,-LLC is seeking a Behavior Therapist to empower children with autism through play-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities include tracking progress, collaborating with caregivers, and providing high-quality support. The role offers paid training, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits for those working 30+ hours/week. Applicants must have a high school diploma, a positive attitude, and be willing to obtain required certifications. Locations include Centennial and surrounding areas, with transportation required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children while demonstrating a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• High school diploma and willingness to obtain & maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification or applicable state licensure.
• Weekday afternoon availability required (3-7pm).
• Reliable vehicle with valid in-state driver’s license and insurance.
• Basic computer skills, including experience using a tablet.
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check including fingerprinting and TB test.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use play-based ABA therapy to help children achieve meaningful goals.
• Collect data to track each child’s progress and partner with caregivers.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality support.
