Cobb is seeking a dedicated team member for Bear Hollow Farm in Pineville, MO. This role covers the daily care of flocks in growing houses, including pen preparation, feeding, health monitoring, and data collection on growth metrics.

Applicants should have at least 12 months of work history with one employer; agricultural or production experience is preferred. The 1st shift runs Monday–Friday, with schedule changes possible due to production needs.

Qualifications

• Applicants with previous agricultural or production experience preferred.
• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare houses for bird placement and set up pens and feed system.
• Provide daily care of flock, monitor health, and record weights and feed usage.
• Maintain flock environment and monitor water/feed/environmental controls.
• Collect data on growth and assist with euthanasia as directed.
