Job summary

Simplot Company is seeking a Grower Solutions adviser to support growers with crop nutrition, crop protection, seed, and technology products. You will work under the Market Manager to drive sales and profitability across agronomic geographies, delivering consultative services and agronomic programs.

The role emphasizes customer stewardship, product promotion, and collaboration with Region/Market Managers to execute market strategies and achieve financial goals while maintaining strong delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college preferred.
• 1-3 years of similar experience in the industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
• CCA and PCA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and live the Simplot brand as the best-in-class Agricultural distributor.
• Grow new business and manage a customer base within a defined area to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Market products to growers by initiating sales calls and providing consultative agronomic services.
• Collaborate with Crop Advisors to increase knowledge, sales, and customer relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery, billing, and operational follow-through.
