Job summary

Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking a Financial Specialist to build and own a personal financial services practice within the Allstate brand. You will partner with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business and access fresh revenue streams in your community.

You will work with a team that provides leads and ongoing education to help you succeed, with unlimited earning potential tied to business growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer-facing sales experience (required).
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses (required).
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses (if applicable).
• Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales desired.
• Prior experience as Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative or Investment Representative preferred.
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers face-to-face in a typical agency office setting.
• Build deep relationships with customers and provide leads to grow the business.
• Leverage Allstate support and agency-owner partnerships to access new revenue streams.
