Job summary

Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking a Financial Specialist to develop and own a personal financial services practice under the Allstate brand. You’ll partner with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business and access revenue streams, while meeting clients face-to-face with a team of licensed professionals.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial spirit, required life/health licenses, and FINRA licensing where applicable, with potential for substantial earning depending on practice growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer facing sales experience
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses (if applicable)
• Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales
• Prior experience as Financial Advisor/Planner/Registered Representative preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own financial services practice with Allstate support
• Drive new business in your community through an Allstate partnership
• Meet with customers face-to-face and develop deep client relationships
• Leverage leads and resources from Allstate agency owners to expand revenue streams
