Job summary

Allstate Insurance Co. seeks a Financial Specialist to build and own a financial services practice under the Allstate brand. You’ll partner with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business in your community and access new revenue streams.

Our support team provides product offerings and continued education to help you succeed, including access to leads and space sharing with agency owners.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses (if applicable).
• Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales.
• Prior experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative or Investment Representative preferred.
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.

• Meet with customers face-to-face and build deep relationships.
• Work with Allstate agency owners to drive new business in the community.
• Develop revenue streams by leveraging Allstate brand and resources.
