Job summary

Allstate Insurance Co. seeks a Financial Specialist to build and manage your own financial services practice under the Allstate brand. You will partner with Allstate Agency owners to generate new business and access ongoing revenue streams.

You will meet clients face-to-face with a team of licensed professionals supporting you, while you grow your practice using provided leads and Allstate resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer-facing sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) preferred.
• Professional licenses such as Life/Health required; FINRA licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build your own financial services practice with Allstate support.
• Meet with customers face-to-face and develop relationships to drive revenue.
• Leverage leads from Allstate agency owners to grow business.
