Job summary

Synchrony Rehab at Stone Rehabilitation & Senior Living in Newton, MA seeks a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting. The role requires a degree in Physical Therapy, state licensure, and 0-1 years of experience.

You will assess, design, and implement plans, educate patients, and document progress in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years of experience in PT is noted in the ad.
• Current valid PT licensure in the state is required, CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
