Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Newton, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting. Must hold a current PT license in the state, and have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

0–1 years of experience is noted; CPR certification preferred. You will educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to support

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in line with policies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
