Job summary

PIPESTONE is seeking a Grow Finish Production Manager to oversee swine production operations, lead a team, and drive efficiency and profitability across a rural unit. You will manage daily activities, train staff, ensure welfare and biosecurity, and work with HR on recruiting and development, all while tracking budgets and production records.

This hands‑on leadership role requires a strong background in livestock production, supervision, and practical problem solving in a farming setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of livestock experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Swine production experience strongly preferred.
• Must live within 50 minutes of the farm.
• Role requires strong leadership and communication.

Are you a strong leader with a passion for animal care, team development, and production excellence? PIPESTONE is looking for a Grow Finish Production Manager to oversee swine production operations, lead employees, and drive efficiency and profitability across an assigned unit.

• Maintain accurate payroll, HR, and production documentation

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Agricultural education preferred
• 4+ years livestock experience and 2+ years supervisory experience preferred
• Swine production experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills (email and reporting)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must live within 50 minutes of the farm location
• Ability to work weekends as needed

This role is based in a rural agricultural swine production setting and involves hands-on leadership in nursery and finishing operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active environment focused on animal care, production performance, and team success.

Pay Range

$70,000-$90,000
