Job summary

PIPESTONE is seeking a Grow Finish Production Manager to oversee swine production operations and lead a team in a rural, hands-on setting. You will drive efficiency, cost control, and employee development while ensuring animal welfare and biosecurity.

The role requires a strong leader with experience in livestock production, supervision, and coordination with HR. Must reside within 50 minutes of the farm and be available for weekend work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years livestock experience and 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Swine production experience strongly preferred.
• Must live within 50 minutes of the farm location.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Are you a strong leader with a passion for animal care, team development, and production excellence? PIPESTONE is looking for a Grow Finish Production Manager to oversee swine production operations, lead employees, and drive efficiency and profitability across an assigned unit.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Agricultural education preferred
