Job summary

247 Fulfillment is launching a new Groveport, Ohio fulfillment center and is seeking a Site Manager to lead the setup and ongoing operations. The role focuses on launching the facility, building a capable team, establishing strong operating standards, and driving performance across staffing, inventory accuracy, safety, and client satisfaction.

The candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure on-time shipments, accurate picking/packing, and effective labor planning.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of warehouse leadership experience in a high-volume logistics environment.
• Experience managing hourly warehouse teams, supervisors, schedules, productivity, and performance.
• Strong understanding of receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and warehouse safety.
• Experience with a warehouse management system; ShipHero experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Groveport fulfillment center launch and establish operating standards.
• Oversee day-to-day performance including on-time shipping, accuracy, inbound processing, and KPI tracking.
• Hire, onboard, schedule, train, and manage the Groveport warehouse team; build leadership structure.
• Own full-site inventory accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure safety, compliance with SOPs, and continuous improvement across processes.
• Coordinate with client support and leadership to align priorities and drive growth.
