Job summary

Brayman Construction seeks a Grouting Superintendent for a major CSO-related project. You will lead field teams, enforce safety, and coordinate scheduling across trades on a long-term heavy civil project. Strong leadership and blueprint literacy are essential.

The role requires extensive grout experience and OSHA 30-hour certification, with travel as needed and a focus on safety, quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive field leadership and safety oversight.
• Experience with foundation grouting and heavy civil projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and execute plans accurately.
• Proven track record in coordinating multiple trades.
• Experience with contracts, specifications and records.

Responsibilities

• Oversees field staff, craftworkers, and subcontractors.
• Prepares work schedules and assignments.
• Communicates and enforces safety procedures.
• Coordinates hiring and movement schedules of personnel and equipment.
• Monitors safety plans, work plans and project specs.
• Trains and develops employees to meet company growth.
