Job summary

Brayman Construction Corporation is hiring a full-time Grouting Superintendent to support Concrete work on the ALCOSAN Ohio River Tunnel Project. The role needs strong field leadership, safety oversight, and coordination with regional teams to meet quality and owner standards on a long-term project.

The ideal candidate brings extensive foundation grouting experience, familiarity with pressure/stage grouting, and proven ability to manage multi-trade crews and budgets in a heavy civil setting.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of foundation grouting experience.
• Exposure to Pressure Grouting and Stage Grouting preferred.
• Management of heavy civil concrete construction with multiple trades.
• Experience with contracts, specifications, reports and records.
• Experience with trade supervision including performance evaluations.
• Experience hiring, supervising, and training union trades.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supervises field staff, craftworkers, and subcontractors.
• Prepares work schedules and assignments.
• Communicates and enforces safety procedures.
• Develops schedules, work plans and productions for bids and after award.
• Coordinates hiring and movement schedules of personnel and equipment.
• Ensures compliance with safety plans and project specs.
• Trains and develops employees for current and future roles.
• Develops strategic growth plans with regional leaders.
• Ensures specifications and regulations from plans are followed.
• Monitors budgets and communicates variances.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
