Job summary

Wausau Tile is seeking a Grout Lines Associate to join the Grout Lines Team. You will grout, patch, tape, and finish concrete products, following product tags, grout color requirements, and production specs.

Responsibilities include preparing and mixing grout and rock, inspecting finished pieces for quality, recording production data, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Training across production areas may occur as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read product tags to select correct grout color and finishing specs.
• Mix grout with rock according to procedures.
• Apply grout to concrete surfaces and wipe excess.
• Finish surfaces and inspect quality.
• Log production pieces in the computer system.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Cross-train in other production areas as needed.
