BFit Gyms is seeking a Group X Coach to create inviting, motivating group exercise experiences for members and guests. You will deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle programs in person or via virtual platforms, ensuring safety and high quality across all fitness levels.

Applicants should hold a current group exercise certification and a high school diploma, with prior group instruction experience preferred. Weekend availability is often required to support the club’s schedule.

Competenze

• Must hold current approved group exercise certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to a wide range of members.
• Present sessions in a welcoming, encouraging, and challenging manner.
• Educate members on safe techniques and guidelines to ensure safety.
• Increase attendance through engaging instruction and connection with participants.
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after sessions and handle concerns.
