24 Hour Fitness seeks a Group X Coach to deliver engaging group exercise sessions and create an inviting atmosphere for members and guests. You will lead both pre-choreographed and freestyle classes, ensuring safety and high energy in each session.

You will build a welcoming community, motivate participants, and uphold service promises by maintaining clean, well-equipped spaces and timely class starts. This role emphasizes communication and scheduling flexibility across club locations.

• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and principles.
• Strong communication skills to connect with diverse participants.
• Enthusiastic and energetic approach to building a community in group settings.
• Passion for fitness and helping others reach goals.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions in person or via virtual platforms.
• Make sessions welcoming, encouraging and challenging for all fitness levels.
• Educate members on safe techniques to ensure high-quality, safe workouts.
• Drive attendance by engaging and motivating participants.
• Maintain an average of at least 2 coaching classes per week.
