Job summary

24 Hour Fitness’s Group X Coach helps create inviting and motivating group exercise experiences by delivering pre-choreographed or freestyle sessions in person or virtually. You’ll lead classes, ensure safety and high quality, and connect with members to boost attendance.

You will also support club operations, recruit new participants, manage substitutes, and help maintain a clean, organized environment while reporting to club leadership.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift weights and perform dynamic movements safely.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to members.
• Present sessions in a welcoming and challenging manner.
• Maintain safety standards and educate members on techniques.
