24 Hour Fitness in Spring, TX is seeking a Group X Coach to lead pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise sessions for members at varying fitness levels, in person or via virtual platforms.

This role emphasizes welcoming and motivating participants, delivering high-quality, safe classes, and increasing attendance through engaging instruction.

You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with club staff while maintaining energy and a strong community atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and principles.

• Enthusiastic and energetic approach to creating a community feel within a group session or class.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach group sessions and classes in person or via virtual platforms.
• Present sessions in a welcoming, encouraging and challenging manner.
• Educate on safe techniques and guidelines to ensure safety for all levels.
• Increase attendance through engaging instruction and motivation.
• Maintain an average of at least 2 classes per week.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sessions.
• Handle member concerns and report maintenance needs.
• Recruit new members to join classes.
• Start and finish sessions on time as scheduled.
• Keep the club clean and organized, supporting the Service Promise.
