Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Group X Coach to create an inviting, inspiring group exercise experience by delivering pre-choreographed or freestyle programs to members and guests at our Los Angeles club.

You will coach multiple sessions, maintain safety, and encourage attendance while presenting a welcoming and energetic environment. A current group exercise certification and a high school diploma are required. Weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise primary certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions and classes in person or via virtual technology.
• Present sessions to welcome, encourage and challenge members.
• Ensure safety and quality; educate on techniques and guidelines.
• Increase attendance through strong teaching and connection with participants.
• Find substitutes when needed; maintain strong social media presence to attract participants.
• Recruits new members to join classes; start and finish sessions on time.
• Report equipment issues and maintain a clean, organized club environment.
