Job summary

24 Hour Fitness North Hollywood is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver engaging group exercise programs for members and guests, in person or via virtual platforms.

You will coach pre-choreographed or freestyle sessions, maintain safety, boost attendance, and ensure classes run on schedule while upholding our service standards. A current group exercise certification and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience teaching group exercise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to members at various fitness levels, in person or via virtual tech.
• Present sessions in a welcoming, encouraging and challenging way.
• Ensure safety and proper technique during all classes.
• Increase attendance through effective teaching and motivation.
• Maintain an average coaching target of at least 2 classes per week.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle member inquiries.
