Job Description

To lead delivery for a complex business transformation program within a Power of One engagement. Virtuoso at shaping, steering and managing Power of One engagements and relationships. SVP, Program Management is responsible for delivering the program, including: managing a large integrated team, scoping and staffing.

Responsibilities

Core Craft Skills

  • Personally lead difficult scoping conversations with Executive Clients to drive scope trade-offs keeping constraints such as Client budget or timeline in mind

  • Ability to drive teams to produce detailed integrated plans that appropriately account for risk to delivery

General Management

  • Ability to run an increasingly larger and more complex portfolio of programs for a client, or portfolio of complex programs across a larger client and to partner across multiple agencies

  • Responsible for managing a cross-agency and cross-discipline team

  • Provide Executive support for changes as needed and help manage through the client organization

Methodology & Approach

  • Ability to create alignment, drive adoption and ensure governance on new tools, process and methodology across Razorfish

Communication & Consulting

  • Ability to tailor communication style for both small and large groups and redirect engagement style based on personalities within the room

  • Persuasive ability to inspire a group of leaders and directors to align on a common goal and execute a shared vision

  • Ability to negotiate and mediate conflicts across Team Leads and/or Organizational entities

Relationship Management

  • Owns several executive-level client relationships; negotiates with these clients on a variety of project and program matters

  • Ability to understand Executive Client ambition and ensure that Razorfish and Po1 cross-agency engagements will help Client to succeed

  • Proactively consults with client on strategy to improve their business

Business Transformation

  • Knowledge of data architecture, AI decision modeling and generative AI content creation is a significant asset

  • Extensive experience in delivering cross-channel marketing, including CRM and paid media campaigns

  • Familiar with delivering cross-channel measurement and reporting.

Qualifications
  • 15+ years’ experience in managing large and highly complex programs, exceeding $40M in revenue, preferably at an agency

  • Must have extensive experience in the tech space

  • Depth in understanding Publicis Groupe capabilities and ability to effectively architect solutions for the clients through facilitation and alignment of cross-agency leaders

  • Owns one or more executive-level client relationships; negotiates and communicates with these clients on a variety of project and program matters

Compensation Range: $176,700-$363,630 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
