Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel planning, tour operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of domestic travel destinations in Wisconsin and nearby states, with attractions and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and negotiate with vendors and clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for travel and desire to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop tours, presenting plans to the Tour Manager for approval.
• Finalize destinations, tour length, attractions, meals, guides, and receptive operators.
• Secure hotel accommodations and contracts with attractions, meals, and services.
• Obtain pricing for the motor coach from Lamers Bus Lines.
• Prepare client documents and tour director materials.
• Compile a complete tour report with all expenses and receipts.
