• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the Discoveries Group Travel team.
• Coach and develop team members through coaching and onboarding.
• Serve as first point of contact for escalated customer service.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, procedures, and goals.
• Support sales growth and event coordination.
• Oversee records, budgets, reporting, reservations, and contracts.
• Stay current on destinations and suppliers to ensure service excellence.
