Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program in San Diego is seeking a full-time Group Facilitator to lead scheduled therapy groups, document sessions in the EMR, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, deliver targeted group content, and complete notes promptly after each session. Prior behavioral healthcare experience is preferred, with Monday–Friday scheduling and hourly pay between $25 and $28.

• Experience working in behavioral healthcare preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead scheduled therapy groups and deliver appropriate topics.
• Document all group sessions immediately after leading each group.
• Maintain client charts and document all services in the EMR.
• Adhere to DMHAS, Joint Commission standards and regulations for licensing and credentialing.
• Participate in staff meetings and provide training on mental health topics.
• Meet with clients individually for support as assigned by the Clinical Director.
