Guiding Hands Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Group Facilitator to lead engaging group sessions for individuals with mental health and substance use recovery needs.

The role offers part-time hours (6–15 per week) with flexible scheduling and opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams in San Diego and Orange County, California.

Qualifikationen

• Active registration/certification (AMFT, APCC, ACSW etc.)
• 1+ years of experience with mental illness/substance abuse
• Valid California driver’s license and liability insurance
• Pass background and medical checks

Mental Health Group Facilitator Position Summary:

We’re seeking passionate Therapists dedicated to Mental Health and Substance Use recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging group sessions
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Promote a safe and inclusive environment
• Attend group supervision sessions
• Participate in leadership coaching with our CEO

Qualifications:

• Active registration/certification (AMFT, APCC, ACSW etc.)

Schedule

• Part-time, approximately 6–15 hours per week to start
• Must be available to work at least two of the following days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Availability on Thursday is also welcome but is not required or preferred.
