Bluestone is seeking a Group Specialist to facilitate skills groups and provide care coordination for patients. This role involves developing curricula and fostering emotional, physical, and mental growth, as well as collaborating with nursing staff and external providers for continuity of care.

Qualified candidates will need a Bachelor Degree in Social Work and culturally competent treatment knowledge, particularly in group therapy and working with children and families. We offer a starting salary of $45,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required, preferably in Social Work.
• LSW licensure preferred.
• Knowledge of children's and family mental health systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate skills groups and provide care coordination for patients.
• Develop curriculum and facilitate daily skills groups.
• Educate nursing staff on group facilitation.
