Bluestone Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Hospital is seeking a Group Specialist to facilitate skills groups and coordinate care for our patients. This role involves developing curriculum and facilitating daily groups that promote emotional and mental growth.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Social Work, and experience in treatment planning, family systems, and working with children and adolescents. Competitive salary starting at $45,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Social Work.
• Licensure: LSW preferred.
• Experience with treatment planning and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates skills groups and care coordination for patients.
• Develops curriculum and facilitates daily skills groups.
• Collaborates with treatment team members regarding treatment planning.
