Zusammenfassung

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Group Therapists for the Detox and Residential treatment facility in Aurora, CO. You will conduct group therapy, provide psychoeducation, and support clients in developing coping skills and recovery tools.

Collaborating with clinical staff, maintaining thorough documentation, and escalating concerns to the Clinical Director are essential parts of the role. A Bachelor's in psychology or related field is preferred, with licensure CAS and sobriety requirements

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field preferred
• Min. one year experience in treatment industry preferred
• Valid licensure necessary to practice as a clinician in this state - CAS.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
• Strong presence and sound judgement
• Warm, dignified and honest character that inspires trust and models recovery principles

Shifts: Tuesday-Saturday

What You'll Do
