Endeavor Health’s Galter Life Center in Chicago is seeking a Part-time Group Aquatic Instructor. You will lead group swim sessions, design tailored lesson plans, and motivate participants while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

The role requires CPR/AED certification (WSI within 90 days if not current) and prior swim instruction experience. Flexible hours include weekdays and Saturdays, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Certification: CPR/AED required; WSI must be obtained within 90 days if not current.
• Group Swim Instructors must demonstrate proficiency in crawl strokes.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to motivate diverse participants.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism with LifeCenter members, guests, and staff.
• Create a fun, healthy learning environment and design tailored lesson plans.
• Motivate clients and provide cues to practice skills on their own.
• Foster a comfortable atmosphere that blends learning and enjoyment.
• Continuously improve instructional techniques and adapt to group needs.
• Create a comfortable atmosphere where experimentation and learning combine to make a unique and fun experience
