Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Internal applicants must have completed Youth Care 101 and Essentials Subjects.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise youth in a secure residential setting.
• Create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for the youth served.
• Coordinate shifts and ensure coverage per schedule.
• Help maintain program operations and compliance during shifts.
