Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Group Supervisor at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (DJTC) in Dermott, Arkansas. DJTC is a secure residential program for at-risk male youth ages 18-21, located outside of Dermott, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, DJTC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay: $45,000 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience

To be considered you should: Internal applicants must have completed Youth Care 101 and Essentials Subjects Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Must have at least 1 year of experience working at-risk youth ~ Supervisory experience is preferred ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Schedule: 3.5 days per week, 12-hour shifts

• A Shift – Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 7am-9m and Wednesday - 8am-3pm *1 hour break each day*
• B Shift -Thursday/Friday/Saturday - 7am-9pm and Wednesday - 2pm-9pm *1 hour break each day*
