Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of youths within the assigned unit and ensure rules are followed.
• Coordinate and oversee group and individual treatment sessions and document progress.
• Prepare progress summary reports for treatment team, judge, parole officer and guardians.
• Conduct intake interviews and review case histories with youth.
• Perform safety checks, head counts and incidents documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and apply approved interventions as needed.
• Maintain case records and support life skills and vocational training.
