Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in custodial/employment/therapeutic settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise youths within assigned unit and ensure conduct meets rules.
• Conduct intake interviews and document case history and needs.
• Perform security checks and ensure resident safety.
• Respond to emergencies and apply appropriate interventions.
• Maintain individual case records and incident reports.
• Instruct youths in life, educational and vocational skills.
• Participate in treatment team discussions and plan execution.
• Perform related duties and contribute to program goals.
