Division of Child and Family Services in Caliente is seeking a Group Supervisor 3 to oversee youths in a secure unit and work within a treatment team to implement plans. You will guide daily activities, ensure safety, and document progress, needs, and incidents.

The role includes intake interviews, life skills training, and coordination of programs; you will serve as a mentor, maintain records, and respond to emergencies as required.

• Experience with intake and history review procedures.
• Ability to implement treatment plans within a team setting.
• Skills in documenting progress, incidents and case records.
• Knowledge of safety, room checks and contraband control.

• Oversee activities of youths within assigned unit and ensure compliance with rules.
• Conduct intake interviews and document history and personal data.
• Provide life, educational, vocational skills training and guidance.
• Perform security checks, head counts and searches as needed.
• Maintain individual case records and prepare incident reports.
• Coordinate treatment sessions and support treatment plan goals.
• Serve as a positive role model and assist with transportation and scheduling.
• Respond to emergencies and apply appropriate interventions.
• Prepare progress summaries for review by the treatment team and guardians.
