Job summary

Six Flags Great Adventure is seeking a Sales Support Assistant for Group Sales (Seasonal) in New Jersey. The role supports group sales operations with contract processing, order management, and billing, working closely with the Sales Support Area Manager and Event Execution Area Manager to coordinate smooth client service.

You will manage contracts, process orders, assist with event execution, and collaborate with Accounts Receivable/Payable to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and related software.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales contracts, ensuring timely execution, signatures, compliance, and storage. Initiate all appropriate post-contract activities.
• Accurately process sales and event initial orders and manage updates, including order entry into ticketing platforms, affiliate and eTicket distribution and fulfillment, and returns.
• Partner with event teams for successful event execution handoff.
• Assist with event execution for corporate outings, youth programs, and events.
• Work with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to check client billing, manage client communication, and assist with delinquent collections, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with corporate/regional leadership on product setup, pricing adjustments, and compliance; ensure pricing workflows meet internal audit standards.
• Other duties as assigned
