Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Group Sales Manager to secure group business from association markets through proactive outreach and tailored strategies. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract execution—while collaborating with internal teams to ensure flawless group experiences. Reports to the Director of Sales.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Experience in group/hotel sales or related roles

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with association clients, third parties, and organizations to generate hotel business.
• Prospect for new business, respond to RFPs, execute contracts, and relay client expectations to the hotel team.
• Work with the Director of Sales and internal teams to ensure flawless group experiences.
• Develop a progressive career path in sales within the hotel industry.
