OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii seeks a Group Sales Manager to develop and manage opportunities for groups of 10+ rooms per night, with a focus on the MICE market.

You will solicit new corporate and association accounts, coordinate proposals, and partner with hotel properties to meet revenue goals. Base pay starts at $73,000 per year, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in securing group travel and meetings (MICE) business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the US mainland MICE market preferred.
