Job summary

Arizona Science Center in Phoenix seeks a Groups Associate to drive group attendance and secure bookings for 15+ guests. You will be the welcoming interface for groups, handling inquiries, confirming visit details, and ensuring a safe, organized entry and exit experience.

The role requires strong sales skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to work with our Group Sales and Service Team. Evening and weekend availability may be needed while supporting a dynamic, outdoor/indoor guest

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
• Exceptional customer service experience with groups or guests.
• Experience working with guests and groups in a similar environment preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sales and bookings: help ensure attendance and revenue goals are met or exceeded through group sales.
• Respond to group inquiries and confirm visit details for 15+ guests.
• Assist with daily arrival procedures and greet groups to ensure smooth entry.
• Collaborate with ASC teams to coordinate add-ons and group check-ins.
• Support other duties to assist the Arizona Science Center as needed.
