Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality's Sunriver Resort in Oregon seeks a Group Sales leader to oversee day-to-day supervision of the Group Sales team. Candidates will drive personal and team quotas and guide outbound and inbound sales efforts with direction from the Director of Sales & Marketing.

The role involves developing and managing departmental budgets, contributing to the annual Business Plan, P&L narratives, and quarterly partner reports, while upholding Sunriver Resort’s core values: Trust, Open &

Qualifications

• College degree.
• Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality or related field.
• 2 years experience as Director of Sales in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to interact efficiently with internal/external customers.
• Flexible hours and days.
• Travel as required.
• Proficient on Microsoft Office products.
• Function at optimum level under a high-stress deadline oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client base and group production goals within an assigned market segment.
• Conduct daily business review sessions to determine fiscal feasibility for group sales business.
• Conduct daily stand up and weekly sales meetings.
• Facilitate annual business plan session with Sales Managers, developing goals to meet revenue expectations.
• Partner with Marketing on group Marketing strategy.
• Partner with Director of Revenue to optimize revenue and ensure pricing and restrictions.
• Lead Sales in compliance with resort policies including hiring, evaluation, and training.
