Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with schedules, booking and implementation of group sales events.
• Assist with Initiating Proposals & Contracts as directed.
• Monitor and observe guest experience and ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Be knowledgeable about F&B offerings and services of the banquet department.
• Conduct pre-meal meetings with the F&B team.
• Coordinate and follow up with food and beverage services to ensure delivery.
