Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of vacancies, reservations, RV and yurt assignments.
• Process same day and future reservations, and cancellations.
• Know site and yurt locations, spaces, and current rates.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms, handling special requests.
• Post charges and manage front desk accounting records.
• Run end-of-day/night audit and prepare reports for management.
• Act as night manager on duty when RV Resort management is absent.
