Group Reservation Coordinator - Conrad Los Angeles (Finance)




Be a part of the newest luxury hotel in downtown LA, Conrad Los Angeles! As part of the billion-dollar project, The Grand LA, this is the 7th Conrad Hotel in the U.S. and the 1st in California.

Located in Downtown LA's cultural corridor, Conrad Los Angeles is the city's newest luxury destination, featuring over 300 rooms, a world-class spa, a 16,000-square-foot rooftop pool deck, 12,000 square feet of event space, and three dynamic dining experiences—including our signature restaurant, San Laurel, all in partnership with Chef Jose Andres' award-winning restaurant group, JoseAndresFoodGroup.

As Group Reservation Coordinator, you will oversee the efficient operation of in-house reservations, selling guest rooms, maximizing revenues, liaising between clients and the hotel team, and acting as the main contact for group room reservations, including administrative and inventory work.

The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of customer service experience and one (1) year in hotel front office, sales, or reservations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience with Delphi or Hilton OnQ is strongly preferred. Must be able to handle internal and external guests tactfully, demonstrate patience, and resolve conflicts effectively. Basic math skills, including calculator and Excel proficiency, are necessary. Must be able to listen and comprehend English effectively, and lift up to 20 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Create group masters in OnQ PMS.
  2. Process and handle group rooming lists and reservations, inputting data into the system.
  3. Monitor Group Blocks post-entry, update Group Pickup Reports, and review in weekly meetings.
  4. Ensure the Master account includes all charges before billing.
  5. Attend weekly meetings to review blocks and pick-up.
  6. Participate in Revenue Management, Pre-Con, Post-Con, and other meetings as the reservations point of contact.
  7. Follow up on group cut-off dates and attend daily sales meetings.
  8. Assist with Conventions & Business Travel reservations as needed.
  9. Maintain accurate rate and inventory data in Delphi, OnQ R&I, GRO, and PMS systems.
  10. Assist with Room Inventory Management and balancing related to group blocks.
  11. Coordinate and verify reservation details with meeting planners, housing bureaus, sales, events, and front office, ensuring reservation accuracy and billing compliance.
  12. Maintain revenue management systems including OnQ RMS, GRO, Passkey, and Delphi.
  13. Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams, providing clerical support as needed.
  14. Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
