Group Reservation Coordinator - Conrad Los Angeles (Finance)
Located in Downtown LA's cultural corridor, Conrad Los Angeles is the city's newest luxury destination, featuring over 300 rooms, a world-class spa, a 16,000-square-foot rooftop pool deck, 12,000 square feet of event space, and three dynamic dining experiences—including our signature restaurant, San Laurel, all in partnership with Chef Jose Andres' award-winning restaurant group, JoseAndresFoodGroup.
As Group Reservation Coordinator, you will oversee the efficient operation of in-house reservations, selling guest rooms, maximizing revenues, liaising between clients and the hotel team, and acting as the main contact for group room reservations, including administrative and inventory work.
The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of customer service experience and one (1) year in hotel front office, sales, or reservations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience with Delphi or Hilton OnQ is strongly preferred. Must be able to handle internal and external guests tactfully, demonstrate patience, and resolve conflicts effectively. Basic math skills, including calculator and Excel proficiency, are necessary. Must be able to listen and comprehend English effectively, and lift up to 20 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
